Deerhunter return with their brand new single, 'Revival' which also features the b-side, 'Primitive 3D'. If you go to their website and key in the password "tapereel", not only will you be able to grab these tracks, but you can also find a few unused demos to have a listen to. Their new album, 'Halcyon Digest' is out September 28th through 4AD.

 If you haven't already bought Delorean's latest album, 'Subiza', I suggest you get up and go and purchase it right now! It's definitely one of the best albums to come out of 2010, and that says a lot. This week see's the release of their second single, 'Real Love', which drops via True Panther and features an array or remixes from the likes of The Field, Deadboy and Tiedye. The Barcelona quartet are heading our way for the Parklife Festivals in Sep/Oct and would have to be my personal favorite from the lineup.

Young Empires are a band who are slowly taking steps towards conquering the world, one track at a time. Their latest demo, 'Against The Wall' is the perfect example of this, and they seem to be going from strength to strength. Their Summer Tour kicks off this week and it's just a shame they're not heading towards Australia. Check out the dates below.

Klaxons recently travelled to Egypt to film their latest clip, and this was the result.
'Echoes' is released on August 16th, followed closely by their second album, 'Surfing The Void' on August 23rd, via Polydor.

Hangovers aren't fun, but when you wake up to see Cut Copy giving away brand new material, things seem a shitload brighter. Nothing comes for free though, you must sign up to receive this glorious treat. The band's third album (still untitled)  is nearly complete, they've finished recording and are about to have it mixed by Ben Allen (Animal Collective, Gnarls Barkley) in Atlanta in August.
The band are also about to embark on a world tour, so make sure you catch them if they head your way.

The track has been around for just over a year now, but is getting a re-release via Geffen Records and drops on August 30. Clock Opera also adds his own unique touch to the track with his very special remix.

In this glacial winter we're experiencing here in Melbourne, it's always nice to come across a band that transports you to a beach somewhere and that warms the soul. LES∆NDS are a quartet coming out of San Diego, California that are temporarily unsigned with massive label interest. With their forthcoming debut EP on it's way, 'Pretenders' is the perfect introduction to a band bound for big things.
